In order to increase your exposure you may want your listing to appear first in our search result. To do so, we suggest upgrading your package plan to list your property on top of search results for travelers seeking a vacation rental in your area. To upgrade your actual listing log in to your “Control Panel” and select the “Upgrade my Package” link in the menu next to your listing.

To modify your listing you must first log in to your Control Panel. Once logged in, you have a preview of all your listing in the first page. Select the information you want to modify from the menu on the right of each listing.

You may edit your personal information from the control panel. Simply log in and click on "Edit Account" from the left menu.

In order to delete a duplicated listing or simply remove your property from our website, use the contact us page to request a listing removal. In your request, specify the listing ID number, your username/email and the reason of your listing removal request.

If you cannot find the exact location of your property from the “Add a new listing” menu, you may suggest us a region that you think should be available under a specific country or state by clicking on the link “Suggest a Region” under the geographical location. For the meantime, we suggest listing your property directly in the country and state, where your property is located. Once your suggested region is approved, the LodgeAway team will automatically add your listing under your suggested region.

If your listing doesn’t appear in our web site, one of the following situation might have occurred:

Your listing might not have been reviewed by our team yet (please allow 48 hours for your listing to be reviewed and posted). A payment may be pending for your account. Your listing might not comply with the regulation specified in our terms and conditions. termsandconditions.aspx Your listing is duplicated.

If you want to upload or remove pictures from your listing, you may do so by login in to your control panel and select "manage pictures" from the menu on the right of your listing.

In order to provide our web site users with a homogenous picture standard the following requirements must be met:
1. We recommend posting pictures that does not contain any person or pet. Pictures that contain persons and pets are limited to LodgeAway’s discretion.
2. Pictures uploaded by a user must not be protected by copyrights, right of publicity, trademarks, or other proprietary right. A property owner may only post such material on his/her listing if an authorization has been given by the owner of such material.
3. Uploaded pictures must be free of edited material, text or link to a third party website.

If you want to remove your property from the map, log in to your Control Panel and select manage Adress and Map. From the "Show your property on the map?" select "no" and click on update.

From the top right corner of every page on LodgeAway select "Property Owner Login". Enter your username and password. Remember your username is also your email.

If you'd like to change the email adress you have provided as your username, send us an inquiry from the contact us page with your new email adress and the reason for modification.

Log in to your Control Panel and from the left menu under Account info select "Change password"

If you have not receive a confirmation email after your registration, please verify your junkmail inbox as some email provider directs emails received from unknown source into junkmails. If you still cannot find our automated confirmation email, contact us by providing us your username and name.

You may search for properties through our worl map on the homepage or simply by writing a destination name into our search engine field located on the homepage. If available, our search engine will return all listings that match your query with a basic description of all property in the search result. If you'd like to access a detailled descriotion of the property simply click on listing.

As a traveler searching for vacation rentals, you do not need to register to contact property owners. Simply enter your message in the "Contact Info" section of the listing to reach the property owner and inquire about its property.

We suggest inquiring to more than one property in the destination of your choice in order to increase your possibilities of finding an available vacation rental for the period of your stay.
